I will create a custom massage based on your needs around injuries or ailments and also give you homework that will help alleviate any discomfort you are having. My approach is to create space in the joints to release pressure on nerves. The massage manipulation will place the muscles where they belong so that your body will function more optimally and your mind will enjoy rest. It is very much a meditation for client and therapist.
