Planting SEEDS in our SPINES
Every Season we will begin our anatomy over again alongside as we plant our SEEDS. What are the SEEDS you ask?
SEEDS represents everything we will educate you on: Season, Emotion, Element, Diet (based on Seasonal Organs), Systems.
SPINE Academia embraces the the Yama in yoga called Svadyaya- Selfstudy. Our Dendritic Philosophy is knowing all around our inner and outer worlds. Understanding every detail in our Soul purpose and place on Earth.
So there you have it!
We have a theme for our days, weeks, months & Seasons with yearly retreats and community birthday supportive celebrations!

Daily: Our Somatic Yoga Classes are geared to help you move with ease throughout your week. There is a theme for each class.
Weekly: We will focus on a new system for each Season.
Monthly: We will have a SPINE offering.
Monthly Lunar: On the day of our Full Moon, all classes of that day will be converted to a 1 Hr Restorative so as not to get tossed around in the chaos around you.
Part 1: SPINE Mini Retreat
The 1st Month of Every Season we gather with one another in flexitarian potluck style and plant SEEDS (Season, Emotion, Element, Diet, Systems) based on the Season. SEEDS for our SPINE!
Part 2: SPINE Field Trip
Every 2nd moth of was Season, we put into practice and apply the Knowledge you have acquired from our SPINE Seasonal Retreat into this exciting group adventure and field trip.
Part 3: SPINE’S Restorative Classes w/Megan
Turn inward the last month of the season with your love Spine and restore your energies and feel that spinal fluid flow.

A friendly reminder that each New Moon just as each Full Moon we switch it up just a bit. Our regular themes will still be there and we will add to honoring our light while also setting our Intention for the coming month of December
