Private Sessions and Mini Retreats

At y Respira Studio, I understand that every individual’s journey is unique, and sometimes the most profound healing happens in a one-on-one setting.
I am eager to share that I am now offering Private Mini Retreats that may be 4-8 hours customized to your needs here in our Enchanted Casita. Your Retreat will be a Mezcla/mix of my Wholistic offerings.
My Wholistic Sessions are designed to offer you a deeply personalized experience that addresses your specific needs, goals, and challenges. In these sessions, it is my intention to create a safe, nurturing environment where you can slow down, listen to your body, and reconnect with your breath. It’s more than just a practice; it’s an opportunity to honor your body’s story, work through past injuries, release emotional blocks, and find your way back to balance.
Each session begins with Observation. By observing how your breath flows, we gain insights into how your body aligns, how stress affects you, and where you might be holding tension. From there, I intuitively address what your body needs on that particular day, whether it’s gentle stretching, mindful movement, or restorative practices, trigger points, touch, massage, craniosacral therapy…. My approach goes beyond traditional yoga and massage; it’s about meeting you exactly where you are and offering guidance that is intuitive, supportive, and grounded in the wisdom of your breath.
Wholistic sessions at y Respira are not just about the hour we spend together; they’re about the transformation that continues long after you leave the studio. They provide a foundation for everyday mindfulness, helping you to carry the calm, centered energy from our sessions into your daily life. It’s about cultivating a practice that aligns your inner and outer worlds, allowing you to move through life with greater ease, grace, and resilience.
These sessions are like a breath of fresh air—a way to carry what you practice in our studio into your everyday life. It’s about integrating these small, mindful shifts that keep you balanced and moving forward.
To maintain AND truly implement on your cellular level, I highly recommend attendance of our SelfStudy Classes. It is very much like the dentist. A cleaning here and there will never prevent cavities. SelfNess is and knowing of the self is the key. Your breathing is the key.
I would also like to share that beginning Autumn, Kandice is offering a special class series, "From Grief to Peace y Respira," . If you’re moving through grief or the simple not so simple act of letting go, this series provides a gentle, supportive space to breathe, connect, and find moments of peace.
