Be patient and go into the forest

This can't be anymore true. Those days that all hell breaks loose and all i do is find myself struggle, I have to tell my self to slow down. Be Patient.I go into the forest and it all looks better. I see the beauty all around and the reflection of it in me. I see the struggle of some trees reaching to the light or the spider gracefully building their web and first hand see even nature has its own struggles. But we all just need to keep our heads up and look to the light. And then it hits me. We are all going to be all right. I just need to be patient.
