We are here to guide you in taking the time to nurture your mind and body. We offer a variety of classes for all levels and truly believe that yoga is not a competition and for everyone. If you are inflexible, then yoga is for you. If you are stressed, then yoga is for you. If you have no balance, then yoga is for you. If you have never done yoga, then RNCY is the studio for you. If  you have been practicing for years and would like to refine your practice then RNCY is for you.We look forward to meeting each one of you into your new journey of self discovery.To reserve your spot please contact us by phone or email and we will be more than happy to rsvp your spot.Living Social Vouchers expire on November 25th, 2011. If you have redeemed your first session on Nov 22nd, 2011, you have until January 22nd of 2012 to use all sessions, but first voucher must be used by no later than November 25th, 2011* Please note that all classes are by RSVP prepaid online or by phone. You may also reserve your space online by creating an account. If you are unable to attend a class where you have reserved your spot, we ask that you kindly call or email to make any edits to your reservation no later than 2  hours prior to classes to avoid being charged or deducted from your purchased package, as space is limited.  If you have purchased the package of 5 and have reserved by online, email or phone and do not show up you will still automatically  be charged for that class.
