Stress in my opinion is clearly one, if not the greatest cause of Dis-Ease. Think about it, you break a leg and you can't work out, your diet may change and you might get a bit sad at times. Here is another example, you have an unfortunate event occur, it shifts your mood to either cope with food or drinking, your physical state feels exhausted and you can't wrap your head around your emotions. Your getting the point right.Auto-Immune Dis- Eases are on the rise, bc we are living in such a stressed out world. Hopefully here, with our little family in the woods, where Breathing and mindful movement is completely attainable. In this fast paced growing yoga scene, we focus on giving you that space to move intentionally and slow enough to not lose your breath or get caught up in the go go go yoga scene. It is not a fashion statement here. You are greeted with hugs and you can even wear pajama pants to class if you want. We can't say yoga is therapy, but when you feel as high and relaxed as you do leaving, you can decide that for yourself.Your Spirit & Existence is important to us. Why, you ask? Bc we live in this Big, yet little world and we have to co-exist and wouldn't you prefer it to be a pleasant experience ? I know my preference.
