Padrino mio

This is my Padrino/GodFather. He used to teach Transcendental Meditation in Puerto Rico. He was our nature loving hippie. My summers were filled with him taking us on nature adventures in Puerto Rico. From the oceans to the waterfalls. He took us to a cousins house one day in the mountains. It used to be a pig farm turned into a coffee farm. He was building a glass house on top of spring water container that came from the mountains.His words were always:Write it down!You have 8 minds and they are all chattering.He was my first introduction to Yoga and I am forever grateful.
