The constant question is…. What’s next?
When we lose site of this gift or power of now, we begin to find ourselves in a state of confusion. We can easily get lured into the chattering thoughts and the many conversations of nonsense in our minds.
In turn we completely cheat the world of the present.
Within a spark there is a shift of energy and it all disappears so quickly.
