Now what is this exactly about?

From Maiden to Mother to Crone, the woman's body has and will continue to evolve. There are all kinds of ads and shows and pamphlets but let's take this time to talk.


Our beautiful bodies are ever changing and our time has arrived to share our thoughts, feelings, experiences and learn from our stories.

Menstruation, Masturbation, Menopause.... and our lovely hormones and endocrine systems are constantly being taxed partly by our choice of trusting others' perspectives of what should be normal for us, when none of us are exactly the same.

All kinds of factors come into play, externally and internally and at the end of the day we really all go to bed with ourselves. We dream from our unconscious spirits and we rest or fight in the process. 

And the thing is.... this is your mindbody to learn and decide what resonates best for you thru incredible opportunities like this to share with one another.
